Welcome to the South Asian Alliance
at the University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC)

South Asian Alliance (SAA) was founded in 1999, by individuals from University of Toronto Mississauga, York University and University of Toronto Scarborough. Their aim was to unite, and build a strong South Asian student community with the universities in Toronto and Ontario. With an increasing South Asian population, the SAA organization decided to become the channel through which populations from various universities could interact through social events. It would also act as a means for the greater community to learn about, understand and celebrate the South Asian Culture.
